1. Eligibility and Required Documents
To rent a vehicle, customers must provide:

• A valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 12 months.
• Renters from EU member states or Switzerland do not need an International Driving Permit.
• Renters from other countries must present an International Driving Permit along with a valid passport or ID card.
• Renters from countries outside the International Driving Permit Agreement must provide a certified translation of their license.
• A credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMEX).
• Debit cards, prepaid cards, and UNIONPAY are accepted only for rental payments or additional services.

2. Prices, Charges, and Included Services
Our rental prices include:

• Basic insurance (with options for MEDIUM and PREMIUM packages available at extra cost based on the car category).
• Regular maintenance and 24/7 roadside assistance.
  Unlimited mileage for most vehicles.
• Tax: Applicable per local regulations.
• Additional Charges
• Additional driver: A daily fee applies.
• Airport surcharge: Applicable at all rentals starting or ending at the airport.
• Underage fee for drivers under 23: Additional charges apply.
• Delivery/Collection: Charges depend on the distance from the rental location.

3. Age Requirements
Minimum age:
21 years for Mini & Economy categories.
23 years for all other categories.
Drivers under 23 years may rent vehicles (Cargo Van excluded) with a surcharge.
No restrictions or surcharges apply for drivers aged 23 and older.

4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with the same fuel level. If not, a refueling service charge based on the fuel used will apply.

5. Delivery/Collection and One-Way Rentals
Delivery/Collection: Available Monday to Friday upon request through our reservations department.
One-Way Rentals:
Domestic: Allowed upon request.
International: Not allowed. Violators will incur a penalty.

6. Use Restrictions and Cross-Border Travel
Certain driving restrictions may apply in specific countries. Contact our reservations department for details.
Cross-Border Travel: Not allowed. Violators will incur a penalty.

7. Additional Services and Information
Chauffeur service: Not available.
Vehicle models: All models listed are sample vehicles. Similar models may be provided based on availability.

All authorized “online” drivers of the vehicles are insured against fire and third-party liability for death, injury, or property damage. The vehicles driven by authorized drivers are insured against fire, theft, third-party liability, and comprehensive insurance with a deductible of 900, including VAT. By paying an additional 20 euros per day, the renter can eliminate their liability for any legal damages to the vehicle.

Parking fines and other administrative penalties arising from any violation of the Greek traffic code during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.

It is prohibited to take the rented vehicle out of Chios without written consent from the company.
